1.Crashed Google Play Store-
In many android devices, the google play store crashes immediately after launching it. This may happen because of a corrupted cache in that device. For wiping a cache, firstly go to Settings - Apps - Swipe right to locate the “all” tab - Locate Google Play Store and wipe cache & data and then Restart your phone.If that fails, you might have to try wiping data and/or cache for the Google Play Services and Google Services Framework.

3.Downloads Not Working-

For wiping a cache, firstly go to settings and then Apps. Swipe right to “All” and select Download Manager. Finally wipe the cache and restart your device after the wiping completed successfully.

4.Can’t Connect to WiFi Network-
Sometimes WiFi network won’t start. It might because of the faulty router. In such a case, the best solution is to restart your router and your phone.
5.Android Device Crashes on Boot-
If your android phone no longer boots, you can enter start your device into “safe mode” Safe Mode allows you to disable all startup apps that might be crashing your phone. Once you boot in through the safe mode, you can then remove the misbehaving app.

6.Android Device No Longer Turns On-
Firstly remove the battery, If the battery can’t be removed, hold down the power button for fifteen seconds. If that fails, plug the device into a power source and hold the power button down for fifteen seconds. If that fails, you may need to either have the device serviced or return it.
